Fixed Fee Divorce

Certainty with fixed fees

We offer a fixed fee divorce service.


From 6 April 2022 we now have in England & Wales NO FAULT DIVORCES.


Our fixed fee divorce service, and for civil partnerships, is for couples who want to have peace of mind and certainty about how much it will cost to divorce.


Our fixed fee divorce service is for uncontested matters and does not include any financial or property disputes or any arrangements concerning children. 


You will receive professional support and guidance through this process and so that you can separate and divorce with dignity; and in a time and cost-effective manner.


Our fixed fee divorce service can be used if you are applying for the divorce and the legal costs are £650 plus VAT.


Yoi  will also have to pay court fee of £593.


What is included?

  • Advice about the divorce or civil partnership proceedings
  • Drafting the divorce application
  • Issuing the divorce at court
  • Dealing with the response from the other party
  • Preparing and applying for the conditional (interim) divorce order
  • Preparing and applying for the final divorce order

What is not included?

  • Representing and advising you in a contested case where you and your partner do not agree to a divorce, including any costs issues
  • Service of the divorce application or any court papers if, for example, your partner is being evasive
  • Representation at court (although it is unusual for a party to have to attend court in a divorce)
  • Any international issues which may complicate the divorce for example, translations, service, advice about divorce jurisdictions etc.
  • Dealing with any financial or property issues or issues to do with children.
