As a Direct Access Barrister, I cover a variety of legal areas and will travel to most Courts in England and Wales. If you have a quote from another barrister then send me PROOF of that quote and in 90% of occasions I will be able to beat that quote.

For Your Legal Needs
I will give all clients an initial 15 minute free telephone consultation. You must call the office to set up an appointment on 0191.3692383 and you can also at that stage obtain a quotation for any work you may seek to instruct me on.
This 15 minute call will be simply to understand if your matter is a type of case I can take on and for me to check my diary for free dates and give indicative costings. I will not give you legal advice during this call, which will only be for 15 minutes.
If I can take your case on I will ask you to send me papers. In most cases I will then need a 1 hour call or a meeting with you (£250 + vat fee) to then discuss your case case and agree the ongoing work that is needed. A client care letter will be sent at that stage and I need to be sent ID and Proof of Address at this stage.

How can I help?
I am able to take your case on from start to finish and go on record the same way a firm of solicitors does and I can also attend court.
You will save money by you having only 1 lawyer acting for you rather than a firm of solicitors + a barrister (but of course you may end up seeing more than 1 barrister if you have several hearings).
I can litigate a case or just represent clients in court. I will travel to any Court within England & Wales. My costs are reasonable as I do not have the large overheads of solicitor firms or barristers chambers in major cities.
