EVICTIONS - FIXED PRICE FEES

Note: if I quote a fixed fee it is a fee for me to to a FIXED AMOUNT OF WORK WITHIN A FIXED TIME PERIOD.

I accept that several emails will need to be exchanged, However, some clients feel they can email me several times each day (so dozens of times a week) and phone the office several times a week. If you do that you will then be charged for my time. I can’t spend hours in a week dealing with a case when I have agreed a fixed fee. If you do that you will be billed pro-rata at my hourly rate, with phone calls in/out charged on 3 minute units and emails in/out  charged on 1 minute units.

The following fees apply to properties in England only
